To ensure a quick processing of your return, please follow these steps:
- Place your order number in the return address
- Select a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number. (we need the tracking number!)
- Provide our customer service with your tracking number by writing us an email to email@example.com
‘Sender address’ should contain:
- Your Name
- Your Order Number
- Your Address
- Your Country

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks from the date your package is delivered to our facility for your refund to be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. We cannot be responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
